as Integrated Efficient multimodal hubs
Our project has the ambition to force a breakthrough in the supply and use of green energy carriers in transport to, from and within ports. We will create energy efficiencies and support developments that make green energy carriers available to the users. By demonstrating and implementing smart solutions in the realm of digitalization and automation, we will facilitate and contribute to the decarbonization of port related transport.

To flatten the curve of climate change,
urgent actions are needed
In 2019 the European Commission launched the European Green Deal strategy to overcome climate change challenges. Greening transport is one of the key objectives of the European Green Deal. Transport accounts for 25% of the EU’s greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions. The objective is to reduce the GHG emissions of transport by 90% by 2050.
